Aman Rao Double Century: Hyderabad batsman Aman Rao has scored his first double century in List A cricket. In the match against Bengal, he converted his century into a double century by hitting a six on the last ball. Aman Rao completed his double century in 154 balls. Aman Rao has entered List A cricket this year. He played his first List A match against Baroda in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy. The match against Bengal was only the third match of his List A career, in which Aman Rao has set a great example of his batting by scoring a double century.

Aman burnt Bengal bowlers

Mohammed Shami, Mukesh KumarAgainst the Bengal team with a strong bowling line-up like Akash Deep, Aman Rao remained unbeaten after scoring 200 runs on 154 balls. His innings included more sixes than fours. He hit 13 sixes and 12 fours. Aman Rao’s double century becomes more important because he has scored 120 runs out of 200 only against the rising balls of Shami, Mukesh and Akash Deep.

Scored a double century by hitting a six on the last ball

Aman Rao’s double century was also completed in dramatic style. The situation in the match was such that the last ball of Hyderabad’s innings was left. The ball was in the hands of Akash Deep and Aman Rao was on strike after scoring 194 runs. Meaning, to score a double century, the work was going to be done not by fours but only by sixes. Aman Rao, showing courage, hit a six on the last ball of Akash Deep and completed his double century.

This happened for the second time in this season of Vijay Hazare Trophy.
