The woman’s body has been preserved cryogenically, i.e. at very low temperatures, so that she can be revived in the future. Her husband is now in a relationship with another woman. The woman’s name is Zhan Wenlian. Her husband Gui Junmin had decided to freeze Wenlian in 2017. Junmin is 57 years old and works in the sports industry. Jhan had last stage lung cancer. Doctors had said that Jhaan would only live for a few months and one way to save her would be to freeze her cryogenically.

Gui felt that freezing his wife was the only way to save her. So he signed a 30-year agreement with Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute. The procedure was free for beginners and was affiliated with Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.

After getting his wife protected, Gui remained alone for two years. But in 2020, he suffered a severe gout attack and could not even get out of bed for two days. Eventually the relatives helped them by breaking the door. This incident made him understand that living alone can be dangerous.

Met another woman through a friend

During this time, Gui met Wang Chunxia through a friend. She was an insurance agent. Gradually they started liking each other and Wang became his partner. Wang took great care of Gui, especially when he had coronary stent surgery. She also helps them in daily tasks.
