After completing his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal in 2013, he moved to the United States to pursue a Master’s degree at San Jose State University.
Before heading abroad, he worked at Newgen Software in Noida and John Deere in Pune, laying the foundation of a promising career.
In the U.S., Pandey’s career flourished. He contributed to leading companies such as Apple, Illumina, and Walmart Labs before joining Microsoft in 2020. At Microsoft, he was part of the team developing Microsoft Fabric and Synapse, building advanced data-driven tools used by businesses globally.
