Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has unveiled Reliance Intelligence, a new Wholly-Owned Subsidiary that aims to power to power India’s future intelligence. The announsement came at the company’s 48th annual general meeting, where Ambani also reviewed partnerships with Google and Meta.
Along with this, Mukesh Ambani has also unveiled Jio’s first-Eve Glasses, The Jio Frames, Which Seem to Rival Ray Ban Meta Glasses. But Reliance Intelligence seems to be making a step closer to make India an independent hub for ai. Here is what it is about.
What is Reliance Intelligence?
Think of Reliance Intelligence as the Company’s dedicated AI Arm. Its main goal is to build gigawatt-scale, AI-Ready Data Center in India, Powered by Green Energy. These centers are alredy under construction in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and will be rolled out in phases to match India’s Growing Ai Needs.

What will it do?
Reliance Intelligence Plans to Make ai more accessible and useful across key area are healthcare, education, and agriculture. Jio Partnerships With Google and Meta
This is where the global collaborations come in. Ambani confirmed tie-ups with google and meta, two of the world’s biggest tech companies, to strengthen India’s ai jorney.
Speaking at the event, meta ceo mark zuckerberg said the partnership would help brings meta’s open-source ai models, like llam, to Indian businesses. The idea is to help local entrepreneurs and creators boost production, innovate faster, and build at scale with ai.
Zuckerberg Added that with Reliance’s Vast Reach in India, these ai tools can now be made available to millions, helping businesses of all sizes. He described it as the start of a long-term Vision where Ai, and Evently even Advanced Intelligence Systems, Are Accessible to Everyone.
