The strongest chair in this closed room was considered to be Diosdado Cabello’s. Many analysts considered him as powerful as Maduro. It is said that Maduro trusted this one person the most. The second most important name is Vladimir Padrino Lopez. The head of the country’s armed forces, on whose signal the Venezuelan army could have entered the war against America, but when the American helicopters flew and when the bombs fell, neither that army nor its chief Lopez was seen anywhere.

Later, after the arrest of Maduro, Lopez appeared in army uniform, gave a speech like a dynamic leader and powerful commander, but after that he also went underground. It seemed as if all this was a mere formality.
