Six people, including two Indians, died in a road accident in Nepal’s Makwanpur district. It is being told that at the time of the accident, nine people were traveling in the jeep, which fell into a ditch 100 meters below the hilly road, in which three people were injured. The police have admitted the injured to the hospital.
According to media reports, a jeep fell 100 meters down a mountain road in Makwanpur district of Bagmati province. About 6 people including two Indian citizens died in this incident. Police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and took out the jeep and the bodies of those killed in the incident. This incident is said to have happened on Saturday night. There were about 9 people in the jeep at the time of the incident. Three injured people have been admitted to the local hospital.
Identification of four of the dead
Police said that at the time of the incident the vehicle was going from Kathmandu towards Hetauda. Four of the dead who lost their lives in the accident have been identified, out of which two are Indian citizens. The Indian citizens, natives of Bihar, have been identified as Rajneesh Kumar and Arvind Kumar. It is being told that both of them had gone to Nepal for some work. Nepal Police has informed his family. According to the police, the reasons for the accident are not yet known.
