Major blasts took place within two days in India’s capital Delhi and Pakistan’s capital Islamabad. Nine people died in a car blast outside the Red Fort metro station in Delhi on the evening of 10 November. Both the blasts took place in crowded areas of the capital, where a large number of people were present. The Delhi blast took place near the Red Fort and Metro station in the old area of ​​the capital. Many important places and markets are close from here.

There was an explosion outside the court in Islamabad, where lawyers and citizens come and go. The Supreme Court, Parliament House and Prime Minister’s Secretariat are located near the Islamabad Judicial Complex.

2. Time and method

Both attacks took place during busy times of the day. At such a time, a blast causes more damage and panic. There was a car blast in Delhi. In the initial investigation, the car blast in Islamabad is being considered as a gas cylinder explosion or a suicide attack.

3. Responsibility not being fixed

Till now no organization has taken responsibility for these blasts. Investigative agencies are looking for clues at both places whether there is any terrorist group behind this or not.

Security alert in both countries

After the Delhi blast, an alert was issued in the entire city, metro stations and airport. In Islamabad too, the government has increased security in the capital and all courts and government buildings are under strict surveillance.
