PM Modi said – the culprit will not be spared

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reacted on Delhi blast. Modi said during a program in Bhutan that not a single culprit will be spared. The Prime Minister has said that an investigation will be done to get to the bottom of the entire matter.

He said that we are conducting an investigation. Will bring all the culprits to justice. This is a disturbing matter. No one will be left out.
