Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi accused America and its allies of trying to create rules in the world based on force. He said this in a summit organized in Tehran. Araghchi said that now the rule of force instead of law is increasing in the world and some countries are commonly using the army in their foreign policy.

He criticized America’s use of force and said it undermines international law. Araghchi called it the law of the jungle and said such a policy cannot last long. He said that the global order should be based on law and justice, not just on force.

Uranium enrichment is not happening anywhere in the country

Araghchi responded most clearly after the attack on its nuclear bases in June 2025. Araghchi said that there is no undeclared or hidden nuclear enrichment taking place in Iran. According to him, all the nuclear plants in the country are under the monitoring and protection of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He also said that currently enrichment is not taking place because these plants were attacked recently.

Araghchi clarified that Iran’s nuclear program is peaceful and it has the right to enrichment under international law. He said that Iran will continue to use this right and will never give it up. He said that America and the international community should understand and recognize this right. Israel and America bombed Iran’s nuclear enrichment sites in June.

Summit organized in Iran

Iran recently organized a three-day summit, which was attended by journalists from leading British and other international media organizations. This conference was organized by the Institute of Political and International Studies of the Foreign Ministry of Iran. The title of the conference was International Law of Attack: Aggression and Self-Defense. In this, Iran’s perspective on the 12-day war that took place in June 2025 was presented.

Many analysts at the summit criticized Israel’s attack. The statement of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz was also kept, who called the attack on Iran a dirty act. Photographs of children killed during the war were displayed outside the summit venue. The event was held at the Martyr General Qassem Soleimani Bhawan, named after the Revolutionary Guard leader killed in a US drone strike in 2020.

Iran is going through difficult times

Iran is going through difficult times after the war. Israel had destroyed many air defense systems of Iran, due to which there is a danger of air attacks in future. The country is also facing economic pressure and social changes. Iran has not yet taken any decision on issues like Hijab law or increasing the price of petrol, even though protests have taken place across the country on this issue in the past.
