Rishabh Pant, who was captaining Team India in the Guwahati Test, lost his temper in this match. During Indian bowling on the fourth day of the Test match, Captain Pant was seen scolding his bowlers. The reason for Rishabh Pant’s displeasure was that his bowlers did not listen to him. Pant’s bowlers were not following the time due to which Pant lost his cool. In the 48th over of South Africa’s second innings, Pant reprimanded Kuldeep Yadav and his words were also heard in the stump mic.

What did Pant say while scolding Kuldeep?

Rishabh Pant scolded Kuldeep Yadav because he was delaying in starting the over. Besides, he was also taking a lot of time while bowling. Pant told Kuldeep Yadav, ‘Draw the first ball, friend, don’t do this, I will not say this again and again. ‘The main point of this conversation was that Pant did not want to get another warning for starting late. Pant had to face similar problem in the first innings also. He was constantly telling Kuldeep to throw the first ball quickly. Because of Kuldeep Yadav, Pant was warned twice in the first innings also.

Let us tell you that under the ICC stop-clock rule, the fielding team has 60 seconds to prepare to bowl the next over. If they arrive late, they are given two warnings, and if it happens again, the batting team gets five penalty runs.

Shastri took pity on Pant
