US President Donald Trump’s team has prepared a 28-point peace proposal to stop the Russia-Ukraine war, the complete details of which have now been revealed. This proposal includes all the issues like ceasefire, security guarantee, economic partnership and redrawing of boundaries.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and gave an ultimatum to agree to the Trump plan.

Let us know what are the main points of this proposal:

• Ukraine will get new sovereignty – According to the American plan, after the war stops, Ukraine will get all the rights as a sovereign nation with some conditions.
• Non-Aggression Agreement between Russia-Ukraine-Europe – To end the tension that has been going on between Russia, Europe and Ukraine for the last three decades, there will be a comprehensive agreement through negotiations, in which these things will be guaranteed.

What things will be guaranteed?

• NATO will not expand its borders, that is, it will not include new countries.
• Russia will not attack any neighboring country.
• America will mediate between the two sides and provide security guarantees.

Ukraine will get security guarantee

• America and Europe together will ensure the security of Ukraine.
• Ukraine will have a maximum of 6 lakh soldiers.
• Ukraine will never become a member of NATO.
• NATO will also promise that it will never include Ukraine.
• If Ukraine attacks Russia, the security guarantees of America and Europe will be considered ended.
• If Russia attacks Ukraine, action will be taken against it and all sanctions will be reimposed.

Ukraine will be rebuilt

• The world’s largest economic package will be given for the reconstruction of war-devastated Ukraine. This will include-
• Investment in technology, AI and data centers
• Reconstruction of gas pipelines and energy infrastructure
• rebuilding destroyed cities
• Developing Ukraine as a Tech-Economic Hub

Russia will return to the global stage

• Sanctions against Russia will be gradually lifted.
• Economic partnership between America and Russia will be increased.
• Russia will be included again in G-8.
• Of Russia’s frozen assets, $100 billion will be used to rebuild Ukraine, while the rest will be kept in the US-Russia Joint Investment Fund.

Ukraine will not have nuclear weapons

• Ukraine will not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons. Both countries will get half the electricity generated from the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant.
• Discrimination against Russian language and culture will be ended in Ukraine.
• There will be a complete ban on Nazi ideology.

Ukraine will have a new border

• Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk will get international recognition as part of Russia. Whatever is in Kherson and Zaporizhia will be considered its part.
• Russia will retreat from the remaining occupied areas.

Elections will be held in Ukraine within 100 days

• Elections will be held in Ukraine 100 days after the declaration of ceasefire.
• All the people involved during the war will be given amnesty, that is, no case will be filed against them.

There will be no war in future

• Under the agreement, both sides will not attack each other.
• There will be no attempt to change the boundaries.
• There will be an exchange of prisoners of war.
• Trade and movement in the Black Sea and Dnipro River will be open for both the countries.
• A Peace Council under the chairmanship of US President Donald Trump will monitor the entire process.
